1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Tattoo Mania Studio's services, including booking appointments, receiving tattoos, and purchasing merchandise. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tattoo Mania Studio is located at 20 Northgate Street, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, Ireland N37 E4H5.

2. Booking Appointments

2.1. Appointments can be made via our website, WhatsApp (+353 83 095 0582), Instagram (@ogbomb75), or by phone.

2.2. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the studio.

2.3. You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) will be required on the day of your appointment.

2.4. For custom and large pieces, a consultation is recommended before booking your session.

3. Deposits

3.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.2. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

3.3. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show by the client.

3.4. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment (subject to studio discretion).

3.5. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

4.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

4.2. No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

4.3. If the studio needs to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment at your convenience.

5. Tattoo Design & Changes

5.1. All tattoos are custom-designed by Alex Bombay. You are welcome to bring reference images, ideas, and suggestions.

5.2. The final design is at the discretion of the artist. Alex Bombay reserves the right to refuse to tattoo any design that is offensive, inappropriate, or not suitable for the intended placement.

5.3. Minor design adjustments on the day are possible. Major changes or completely new designs requested on the day may require rescheduling.

5.4. Once a design is agreed upon and the session begins, significant changes cannot be made.

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1. Tattoo pricing is based on size, complexity, placement, and time required. A quote will be provided during consultation or booking.

6.2. The final price may vary slightly from the quote if the actual session takes longer or requires additional work.

6.3. Full payment is required on the day of your appointment, before the session begins.

6.4. We accept cash and card payments.

6.5. For large multi-session projects (e.g., sleeves), a payment schedule may be agreed upon in advance.

7. Health & Safety

7.1. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your ability to receive a tattoo.

7.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Has a contagious illness or skin condition
• Is pregnant or breastfeeding (for safety reasons)
• Has a medical condition that makes tattooing unsafe

7.3. All equipment is sterilised and single-use needles are used for each client in compliance with Irish health and safety regulations.

7.4. You must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist. Failure to do so may result in poor healing and void any touch-up guarantees.

8. Touch-Ups & Guarantees

8.1. Minor touch-ups may be offered free of charge within 4 weeks of your original session, provided you have followed all aftercare instructions.

8.2. Touch-ups do not cover changes to the design or tattoos that have healed poorly due to client negligence.

8.3. After 4 weeks, touch-ups are charged at the standard hourly rate.

9. Photography & Social Media

9.1. Tattoo Mania Studio may photograph your tattoo for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

9.2. Your explicit consent will be requested before any photos are taken or published. You have the right to decline.

9.3. If you consent, you grant Tattoo Mania Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the images for promotional purposes.

10. Merchandise & Products

10.1. Merchandise (apparel, tattoo machines, aftercare products) is sold subject to availability.

10.2. All sales are final unless the product is defective. Defective items may be exchanged for the same product.

10.3. Tattoo machines and equipment are intended for professional use only.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Tattoo Mania Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

11.2. We are not responsible for tattoos that fade, blur, or change appearance over time due to natural healing, sun exposure, or aging.

11.3. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the tattoo service.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. All tattoo designs created by Alex Bombay are original works protected by copyright.

12.2. Clients receive a personal licence to display their tattoo but do not own the copyright to the design.

12.3. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of designs without permission is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
